About Me

Hi! My name is Shana Lambert and I am a classically trained singer and musical theatre performer based in Nashville. I was most recently seen competing in the CS Music Vocal Competition in DC. Prior to that, I was in South Pacific at the Riverside Center for the Performing Arts. Some of my favorite roles include Reno Sweeney in Anything Goes, Rose Alvarez in Bye Bye Birdie, and Charlotte in Charlotte's Web the musical.

When I’m not on stage, I love teaching the next generation of performers! I teach both classical and contemporary styles of singing; everything from Opera to Musical Theater to Pop and most genres in between. I also teach beginner piano and am an acting coach. Teaching a student to have confidence in themselves, their instrument, and helping them tap into their artistry is my passion as a teacher and coach.

I know what it’s like to doubt your own voice.
Growing up, I loved to sing but never felt like the star. I was overlooked, rejected, and told I did not have what it takes. By college, I gave up and switched to political science because I thought my dream of performing was out of reach.

Everything changed when I took a chance and auditioned for choir. My director saw something in me that I could not see in myself. She pushed me to take lessons, and little by little, my voice grew stronger.

The biggest shift came from studio class.
It was not just lessons. It was a room full of singers, honest feedback, real encouragement, and a safe place to try, fail, and try again. That group showed me that confidence is not something you are born with. It is something you build.

That moment flipped my path. I changed my major, got back on stage, and now I help singers like you trust your voice too.
